Position Overview
As an Account Executive for CONNECT, you will be the driving force behind cultivating customer relationships and generating new business opportunities with predominately law enforcement agencies. Collaborating with internal teams and partner resources, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our product reach and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage prospecting and sales activities in assigned territory with a focus on new product pipeline growth.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations on-site, highlighting our solutions’ value and demonstrating product capabilities.
- Develop close plans for targeted opportunities and drive opportunities to closure.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key partners to drive product growth within their markets.
- Create targeted partner plans that align partner strengths (customer relationship, contracts) to accounts and target opportunities
- Focus on account mapping with partner reps, forming an integrated account plan and ultimately optimizing revenue in accounts and exceeding the forecast
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, providing accurate revenue forecasts.
- Coordinate sales activities with other field sales reps and managers.
- Perform other duties and projects assigned, contributing to the team’s overall success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
- Proven success in enterprise or government software sales, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in selling Public Safety SaaS technologies.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and performance goals.
- Self-motivated and result oriented, with a passion for achieving and surpassing objectives.
- Understanding CJIS and federal retention regulations
