Position Overview: The Graphic Design Specialist will report to the Creative Director and will be responsible for designing assets, graphics, and content, and maintaining ownership of our website. The ideal candidate should have experience with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and Hotjar. Knowledge of CSS and HTML is highly desirable. The role also involves using digital analytics tools to understand website performance and making recommendations to improve design, layout, call to action, and content types to increase web performance and leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create visual assets and graphics for various digital platforms.
- Maintain and update the company website using WordPress.
- Utilize CSS and HTML for website customization and enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and implement design strategies.
- Use digital analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar) to monitor website performance and user behavior.
- Make data-driven recommendations for improving website design, layout, and content.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field, or 2-3 years of full-time experience in lieu of a degree.
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, web design or a related field, including internships and freelance work.
- Proficiency in WordPress is required.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Canva is a plus.
- Familiarity with CSS and HTML is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital analytics tools (Hotjar experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Benefits:
