How will this merger impact the customer service we receive from Evertel team?

The Evertel Customer Success team will not change. Evertel customers will continue to receive the same level of service and access.

Where will the current leadership fit in the new team? What will Evertel look like after the sale?

Evertel leadership will be joining Genasys and bringing along their knowledge and experience.

Evertel as the company will be integrated into Genasys corporate structure to drive operational and strategic synergy. Evertel as a product will be incorporated into the Genasys product portfolio.

How will billing/invoicing/fee structures change?

Current subscriptions will not change and there are no immediate changes to structures planned. When you renew, the paperwork will be updated to reflect Genasys as the vendor. Continue to reach out to your Customer Success Manager with any billing or invoicing questions.

How will compliance be maintained?

Evertel, as part of Genasys, will continue meet all CJIS, FOIA, and HIPAA requirements.

What is the timeline for any changes and/or integrations?

Genasys products are available as an add-on to your current agreement. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or sales@genasys.com for more information. In terms of full integration between Evertel solution and Genasys products, we are developing a joint roadmap that combines core capabilities across the suite of solutions.
