U.S. Communities Public Safety & Emergency Preparedness Equipment & Related Services Contract – #4400001839
The Department of Defense – Electronic Mall (DOD EMALL) is a web based online ordering platform meant to provide a full service e-Commerce site to find and acquire off the shelf, finished goods and services from the commercial marketplace and government sources for the Defense Department and other State and Federal agencies. DOD EMALL providers include small businesses owned by disabled veterans, veterans, and women.
New York State HIRE Contract for Hazardous Incident Response Equipment (H.I.R.E.) is a multi-state cooperative purchasing agreement. New York State is the lead state and administers this contract through the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO). In addition to New York, the following states also participate in this contract (as of May 1, 2009): Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota and Virginia. H.I.R.E. was designed to provide best pricing for state and local public safety agencies.
